Throughout my extensive career, I've had the privilege of teaching group exercise for more than two decades, and I've served as a personal trainer for just as long. I hold several nationally accredited certifications in group exercise, personal training, health coaching, nutrition, bodybuilding and yoga. These certifications reflect my commitment to providing you with well-rounded, evidence-based guidance on your fitness journey.
